The idea for a Love Shaker came to us one day out of the blue. Wouldn't it be great to be able to put love in a bottle and dispense it to anyone that needed it? We decided to make a spice container that had love in it. We then started shaking this container over everything. We would shake it over our cooking, the kids, the dog - anything we thought might need a little more than the usual amount of love and attention that day.

Then one year at Christmas time, we decided to have some Love Shakers made by a local potter and we gave them away as stocking stuffers to all of our family and friends. Years went by, and we noticed that many of these shakers were still kept in our family and friends kitchens. We asked them if they were still enjoying thier Love Shakers. Much to our surprise, our family and loved ones were still using them! Spreading a little love over everything in thier lives. That's when we thought other people may enjoy them as well - and Love-Shakers.com was born!

Love Shakers are hand painted in the USA!

Every Love Shaker is different because they are all hand painted in the Blue Ridge Mountains! We have several patterns to choose from including cranberry, pinecone, blueberry, lavender and grape.
